The USDA provides a listing of nutrients found in each of the foods we eat.
Do you want to know how much vitamin (A, B, C, D, E, K, etc.) is in any particular food? How about the amount of minerals (calcium, copper potassium, etc.)?
Click on the United States Dept of Agriculture page that lists nutrients and check out any foods that you’d like to know. You can sort the list alphabetically or by the content of each food.
Want to know how to get enough fiber in your diet? Just click on “fiber” and you’ll get a food listing, either alphabetical by food, or starting with which food has the most fiber per ordinary measure (such as one cup).
