Body-strengthening bridge
Lie on your back, your knees bent and feet on the floor, hip-width apart. Place your arms alongside your body, palms resting on the floor. Pull you stomach muscles in toward your spine and squeeze your bottom. Slowly “peel” your spine off the floor, vertebra by vertebra, until your hips form a straight line from your shoulders to your knees. Hold the pose for 5 seconds, then slowly return to original position. Repeat 10-15 times.
