Kathy Larson: Health Coach

Kathy Larson is a Licensed Health & Wellness Educator who holds Certifications in Wellness and Fitness Coaching and Personal Training, and is a graduate of the University of Maine, Orono. She is bilingual in French and English and has over 20 years in the Health & Wellness Industry.  Kathy’s worked with a variety of populations from Elementary through High School students, Collegiate Athletes, and Senior Citizens, to business owners and CEO’s of both small and large Corporations.

Kathy also knows how extremely difficult it can be to find balance in “our crazy lives” as she is also a mother of two children, Logan and Alix. Kathy also has extensive experience presenting on a variety of Wellness topics that consist of helping “Coach” organizations and individuals on how to incorporate change into their daily lifestyles so that they can live more satisfying and healthy lives.

Kathy’s passion and extensive experience working with businesses and wellness-seeking individuals has gained her a national reputation as an effective and compassionate health and wellness professional. “It’s all about partnering to bring out your best thinking on what matters most in your life, thus goal setting together with your Coach is what helps you to achieve personal success.”
